中科院北京纳米能源与系统研究所诚聘海内外杰出人才

为推动我国纳米科技发展,加强纳米能源与关键技术系统集成的研究和应用,并落实对“千人计划”顶尖人才及其创新团队的支持,搭建一流的工作平台,由中国科学院和北京市联合共建中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所(详细情况请浏览:http://www.binn.cas.cn)。研究所将借鉴国际一流科研机构的管理经验,创新内部管理体制机制,使研究所迅速发展成为实现原始创新和关键技术突破的源头、高水平创新人才培养的基地、科研机构新型体制机制探索的试验田。现诚邀海内外相关领域的杰出人才加盟。 
 
 
一、学科领域或研究方向 
 
1、纳米压电半导体材料物性研究,如:新材料制备、结构与性能表征、相关基础理论研究等; 
 
2、纳米发电机、自充电能源包、复合能源技术、纳米光电能源技术等微纳能源领域的研究; 
 
3、纳米传感器、微纳功率源等微纳系统研究,以及在生物医学、环境监测、基础设施监测、物联网等方面的应用和系统集成优化; 
 
4、压电电子学、压电光电子学方面的研究,如:应变传感器和传感器阵列、压电调制的高效纳米LED、压电调制的光电传感器、应变驱动的功能逻辑运算与储存、压电调制的光电化学过程,以及在高效率太阳能电池、高灵敏光探测器等方面的应用研究; 
 
5、耦合传感研究以及在柔性电子学、人和机器的界面衔接、生物界面交互、仿生技术等方面的应用研究。 
 
二、岗位及相关要求 
 
1、研究员 
 
1)岗位职责:作为学术技术带头人(PrincipalInvestigators),组建并带领团队在相关的学科前沿独立开展科学研究和技术创新,并积极承担和争取国家与企业的重要课题和支持。 
 
2)基本要求 
 
a.恪守科学道德,学风正派、诚实守信、严谨治学,团队合作精神强,具有为科技事业发展和经济社会服务而艰苦创业的奉献精神; 
 
b.具有开阔的学术视野、前瞻能力,能敏锐把握本学科领域国家战略需求和世界科学前沿发展态势; 
 
c.具有先进管理理念和较强的组织协调能力,能承担重大科技任务,并组织、推动和实施重大科技创新活动; 
 
d.已在本学科或技术领域开展了较为系统的创新工作,做出过具有国际水平的研究成果或技术创新,在重要核心刊物上发表过有影响的学术论文或掌握关键技术、拥有重要的发明专利等; 
 
e.在物理、化学、材料、电机、微电子、生物或其他相关领域等获博士学位; 
 
f.全职全时到岗。 
 
2、副研究员岗位 
 
1)岗位职责:按要求独立开展科研工作,并积极争取国家有关部门和企业的重要课题与支持。 
 
2)基本要求 
 
a.恪守科学道德,学风正派、诚实守信、严谨治学,团队合作精神强,具有为科技事业发展和经济社会服务而艰苦创业的奉献精神; 
 
b.独立开展过相关领域的科学研究和技术研发工作,了解本学科的前沿发展态势; 
 
c.做出过较高水平的研究成果或技术创新,在重要核心刊物上发表过有影响的学术论文或掌握关键技术等; 
 
d.在物理、化学、材料、电机、微电子、生物或其他相关领域等获博士学位; 
 
e.全职全时到岗。 
 
三、支持条件 
 
1.研究员将获得为期五年的相对稳定经费支持,并按研究所学科布局组织队伍,独立开展科学研究和技术创新活动。 
 
2.凡符合国家和中国科学院有关政策与条件的优秀人才,将按程序择优推荐为“千人计划”、“青年千人计划”、“百人计划”、北京市“海聚人才”工程等人才计划的候选人。 
 
3、研究员全职到岗后可优先提供有限周转租赁房。 
 
4、薪酬面议。

Faculty and PI Positions Opening at the Beijing Institute of Nanoenergy and Nanosystems, Chinese Academy of Sciences 
 
Beijing Institute of Nanoenergy and Nanosystems (BINN) (www.binn.cas.cn), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), is an independent newly established research institute jointly supported by CAS and the city of Beijing. The mission of the BINN is not only carrying out fundamental study in science, but also in applied science, and more importantly, in the area of technology transfer and commercialization. BINN is seeking for outstanding faculty and PIs in the level of Associate and Full Professor Both the Associate and Full Professor are principal investigators, who will build and lead a research group to carry out research in areas following the major theme as defined by the institute. Faculty duties mainly include research, raising fund, and supervision of student research, possibly teaching at the graduate and undergraduate levels. 
 
BINN was jointly established by Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Beijing city in 2012, and is led by the founding director of Prof. Zhong Lin Wang, who is one of the pioneers in nanoscience and nanotechnology. Dr. Wang is the world leader in ZnO nanostructure research. His discovery and breakthroughs in developing nanogenerators establish the principle and technological road map for harvesting mechanical energy from environment and biological systems for powering a personal electronics. The field created by him on self-powered nanosystems inspired the worldwide effort in academia and industry for studying energy for micro-nano-systems, which is now a distinct disciplinary in energy research and future sensor networks. He coined and pioneered the field of piezotronics and piezo-phototronics by introducing piezoelectric potential gated charge transport process in fabricating new electronic and optoelectronic devices, which have potential applications in MEMS/NEMS, nanorobotics, human-electronics interface, sensors, medical diagnosis and photovoltaic.  
 
BINN now has over 160 researchers, students and administrative people. There are already 14 principal investigators (PIs), average age at 35, conducting interdisciplinary, dynamic, and innovative research in the areas of new/nano energy, self-powered systems, piezotronics and piezo-phototronics effects, biotechnology, and environment sciences. All PIs have research experience outside of mainland China. Among them, 6 are in the national “1000 Talent Plan”. 
 
We are looking for outstanding researchers who have experiences/interest include, but not limited to following areas: 
 
 Nano piezoelectric semiconductor materials, including fabrication and characterization of new materials, nanostructure, the related basic theory researches, etc. 
 
 Nanogenerator, self-charging power pack, hybrid cell for harvesting multi-type energies, nano optoelectronics technology. 
 
 Micro/nano systems, including nanosensor and micro/nano power generator and its applications in biomedicine, environmental and infrastructure monitoring, the Internet of things, etc. 
 
 Piezotronics and piezo-phototronics. 
 
 Coupling sensor and its applications in flexible electronics, the interface between human and machine, biological interaction and bionic technology. 
 
Outstanding candidates with a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Bioengineering, or relevant disciplines, will be considered. Candidates with a strong background and exceptional research accomplishment are preferred.
